What our customers say

Wolf service investment

A Wolf diagnostic visit is $90 and it rolls into the repair when you approve the work. Most Wolf cooking repairs (ranges, ovens, cooktops, ventilation) land between $375–$1,050 depending on modules, fuel type, and parts availability.

Because these appliances live in custom cabinetry and operate at higher BTUs, we price jobs based on the time needed to remove trim, calibrate controls, and source OEM components.

Service call cost

Pay the $90 diagnostic once. Move forward with the repair and that visit is credited back; decline it and you only owe the diagnostic.

What drives Wolf repair pricing?

Ranges with infrared grills, French tops, griddles, or steam ovens require extra calibration and often two techs to pull out, pushing the ticket closer to $900+.

Flush inset rangetops and wall ovens mounted in stone or custom panels take longer to remove and re-level, which adds labor compared with freestanding units.

Wolf igniters, blower motors, and control boards are specialty parts. We stock the common ones; rare models may require overnight shipping which affects the final invoice.

DIY vs pro?

Wolf gas manifolds, 240V steam ovens, and induction modules aren’t DIY friendly. If you’re staring at an EC24 error, flame sensor issue, or need to pull a 500-lb range, call a pro and keep the cabinetry (and warranty) safe.

Wolf range & rangetop repair

Gas and dual-fuel Wolf ranges live on precise BTU control. We pull the unit safely, clean valve bodies, replace spark modules, recalibrate ovens, and level infrared grills/griddles so dinner service stays on track.

Typical service calls

  • Simmer burner won’t stay lit or cycles between high/low
  • Infrared grill/griddle won’t heat evenly or needs reseasoning
  • DF/GR ovens overshoot temp or show EC24/EC50 errors
  • Rangetop spark module clicking continuously
  • Broken knobs, bezels, or door hinges on heavy pro doors

Common models

  • DF366 / DF364 / DF484 ranges
  • GR366 / GR486 gas ranges
  • IR304 / IR365 induction ranges
  • RT366 / RT484 rangetops
  • French-top & charbroiler modules

Wolf wall, steam & speed ovens

Whether it’s a 30" M-Series double oven or a CSO30 steam oven, we recalibrate probes, replace convection/blower motors, refresh gaskets, and reflash control boards when touchscreens freeze.

Issues we tackle

  • EC24/EC27 error codes, dead touch modules
  • Steam oven reservoirs not filling or leaking
  • Cooling fan noise/vibration telegraphing through cabinetry
  • Self-clean locks stuck closed on DO30 ovens
  • Temperature drifting 25°F+ from set point

Wolf oven lineup

  • SO30, DO30, M Series
  • CSO30 steam/convection
  • Speed ovens & drop-down microwaves
  • Warming drawers & modules

Wolf cooktops & specialty modules

Gas, induction, and modular cooktops deliver Wolf’s signature red-knob control. We service CG, IC, and CM series units, plus teppanyaki, fryer, and steamer modules that anchor custom islands.

Common problems

  • Induction cooktops flashing H,E, or F codes
  • Dual-stacked burners clicking or lighting weak
  • Module sensors failing (fryer/steamer/teppan)
  • Cracked glass tops or warped grates
  • Downdraft integration not communicating with cooktop

Models serviced

  • CG304 / CG365 gas cooktops
  • CI304 / CI365 induction
  • CM series modules (fryer, steamer, grill)
  • Cross-brand Sub-Zero/Wolf modules

Wolf ventilation & accessories

Wolf hoods, downdrafts, and ventilation blowers keep open kitchens comfortable. We tune blower speeds, replace LED lighting, sync make-up air, and service warming drawers so everything feels coordinated.

Ventilation service calls

  • Pro wall hoods buzzing or shaking at high speed
  • Remote blowers losing CFM due to clogged ducting
  • Downdraft lifts stuck half-way up or won’t retract
  • Warming drawers not heating or showing F1 codes

Equipment we maintain

  • Pro Wall & Island hoods (PW / IS series)
  • Downdraft systems & remote blowers
  • Ceiling-mounted hoods
  • Warming drawers & accessories
